Art. 16(1)1 requires at least one CPD activity in EACH of the five core areas within the 6-year period; no fixed point/hour sub-quota per area.
- Psychological assessment (psihološka procjena)Core-CPD area (Art. 20(3)2). At least one activity required over the 6-year cycle.

Home study: No explicit cap. Points are collected across many categories (postgraduate/specialist study, treatment/psychotherapy training, mentorship, supervision, publications, congresses, courses with/without exam, professional meetings/lectures, psychodiagnostic-tool training, etc.). Core 'temeljno' CPD is delivered primarily through the Chamber's distance-learning (na daljinu) system, so substantial online/home study is expressly permitted.

Art. 15-16: the 'competence-verification period' (razdoblje provjere stručnosti) is 6 years, within which an authorized psychologist must earn at least 120 points AND complete at least one CPD activity in each of the five core (temeljno) areas; alternatively the obligation is met by passing the psychological professional/competence exam within the last 6 months of the period. The period runs from the date the right to practice is granted (or from the day after the previous period ends). Art. 18: on written request, up to 20 points may be waived for justified continuous absences over 6 months (serious illness, military service, pregnancy-complication sick leave, maternity/parental/adoptive leave). Surplus points do not carry to the next period. Art. 19: failure to meet the obligation results in termination of the right to practice psychological activity. Standards are aligned with EFPA EuroPsy certificate-renewal requirements.
