Practitioners who also hold a psychology or social work warrant are bound by that profession's statutory CPD rules.

Any CPD/continuing-education obligation for a BCBA in Malta flows from the international BACB certification standard (32 continuing-education units per 2-year recertification cycle, including ethics and supervision units), which is a private-certification requirement, not Maltese law.
