Renewal (taastoendamine) is document-based (no re-examination) and requires (1) having worked as a clinical psychologist for an average of >=400 hours/year over at least a 4-year period within the preceding 7 years, and (2) completing >=320 hours of diverse continuing professional training in the preceding 7 years (register + certificates submitted; >=160 hours must be certificate-evidenced). Sub-specialisation add-on qualifications (kliiniline lapsepsuhholoog, kliiniline psuhholoog-psuhhoterapeut, kliiniline kohtu- ja korrektsioonipsuhholoog, neuropsuhholoog - all level 7) each require an additional 320 hours split >=80 hours toward the base qualification and >=240 hours specialisation-specific. Renewal fee ~79-188 EUR. Not a state license but a nationally recognised professional certification tied to the health-care professions register.
