Home study: No state cap. BACB permits recorded/online ACE CEUs (learning modules capped per BACB rules, but no live requirement).
Board notes: Delaware does not license behavior analysts (one of the states without ABA licensure as of Jan 2025); practice relies on national BACB certification. CE therefore follows the BACB standard: 32 CEUs per 2-year cycle including 4 ethics, plus 3 supervision CEUs for those who supervise. School-based roles need a separate DOE School Behavior Analyst Standard Certificate (Reg 14-1585), which is an education credential, not a professional license. (Some provider sites still cite an outdated '20 hours' figure; current BACB requirement is 32 CEUs.)
