Board notes: Oregon separately licenses behavior analysts through the Behavior Analysis Regulatory Board (Health Licensing Office) under OAR 824-070-0005: a minimum of 16 CE hours EVERY LICENSURE YEAR (Assistant Behavior Analyst: 10 hrs/year), with at least 1 hour in ethics in applied behavior analysis per year. The licensure year runs 365 days from the original license date (annual renewal). No supervision CE is mandated by state rule. This differs from the national BACB standard of 32 CEUs per 2-year cycle (including 4 ethics CEUs, plus 3 supervision CEUs for those who supervise), which BCBAs must separately meet to maintain BACB certification.
