Board notes: NH Board of Mental Health Practice, Mhp 402.01 (40 hrs/2 yr, biennial) — MFTs share the same rule as LICSW and LCMHC. Ethics (6) and suicide prevention (3) must be Category A; no live/synchronous/in-person minimum, so live-interactive required = 0. Mhp 403.01 requires 40 hrs collaboration every 2 years. Board-approved supervisors add 6 hrs clinical supervision.
