There's no better place than to address mental health issues from our point of view than at school where children can be surrounded by teachers and leaders. In this episode, Dr. Graham Taylor speaks with Jerry Barone from Effective School Solutions (ESS) about children’s mental health and preparation for the fall semester. Together they discuss the prevalence rates in children’s mental health, services, and the best practices available to the school to address the needs of students, and finally the warning signs that parents and teachers should be aware of. During the COVID-19 pandemic, research is suggesting that depression, anxiety in the youth demographics.
