Diane Zimberoff, LMFT, is a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, specializing in trauma resolution and the use of altered states of consciousness for healing and spiritual growth. David Hartman, LCSW, is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, specializing in trauma resolution and the use of altered states of consciousness for healing and spiritual growth. David and Diane founded The Wellness Institute to train mental health professionals in Heart-Centered Hypnotherapy, a highly effective and unique clinical model. With over 35 years of education experience and thousands of graduates in Asia, Europe, Africa, the Middle East and the United States, The Wellness Institute is one of the oldest and most respected providers of hypnotherapy and hypnosis training.

Cara Stiles, LCSW

Cara Stiles, LCSW

Cara is a Clinical Social Worker and had a private practice in Boulder, Colorado from 1995 until she retired in 2022. She attended Smith College School for Social Work where her desire to find a way to better attend to the connection between mind, body and spirit developed. At the heart of her work was the belief that every person is yearning for a deeper sense of purpose and meaning in their life and the opportunity to heal at a profound level.  She worked with a wide range of issues, incorporat­ing her training as a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist to facilitate deeper work. Facilitating Personal Transformation Intensives became her passion.

Francesca Richardson, PhD

Francesca Richardson, PhD

Dr. Richardson is a transpersonal psychoanalyst, heart-centered hypnotherapist, and researcher practicing in Maryland. She integrates additional techniques for healing such as meditation, EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and has been a professor and instructor at several colleges and institutes. For 30 over years, she has helped people in individual and group settings to release problematic personal patterns so they can align with their soul’s purpose.

Lori Austein left her legal work to teach and to become a trainer in The Way of Council, a deep listening practice that engenders personal and collective healing. She co-facilitated groups with a psychiatrist for nearly a decade. She began training with The Wellness Institute in 2010, is a Certified Heart-Centered Hypnotherapist and Transpersonal Life Coach. She teaches PTI-Leadership and Internships for The Wellness Institute. She is Co-Director of Circles of Resilience and does group facilitation, including psychodrama and hypnotherapy for Acera Mental Health.

Jennifer Morris, LCSW

Jennifer Morris created the “Heart of Healing”, a transformational psychotherapy practice that alchemizes challenging personal histories into growth opportunities. Jennifer moves trauma and shame into self-love and acceptance, embracing authenticity and all parts of one’s self. Jennifer provides virtual psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, EMDR, Sex Therapy and Non-ordinary states of consciousness groups to those living in Maryland and Florida.

Judi Vitale, MA, CTC, CA, ACHT is a Transpersonal Life Coach and Teacher for The Wellness Institute. Her deep understanding of and experience with heart-centered therapies has allowed her to develop a practice that integrates a variety of modalities and accelerates the process of her clients’ healing. Having lived much of her life in New York City, Judi now resides in Pittsburgh, PA, from where she teaches the Six Day, Internship, and PTI Leadership Training programs online.
