Founder and Clinical Director of AMR Therapy
Ann is a licensed therapist, advocate, and founder of AMR Therapy—a small group practice dedicated to providing mental health care for the LGBTQ+ community, people of color, and individuals in non-traditional relationships. With a unique background in both Theological Studies and Social Work, Ann combines deep compassion with a nuanced understanding of the intersections between sexuality, spirituality, and mental health. Ann is also working on her forthcoming book, currently in contract with PESI, which introduces the Religious Trauma Treatment Model (RTTM). This innovative framework equips mental health professionals with tools to help clients heal from the psychological and spiritual wounds of high-control religious systems, reclaiming autonomy, self-worth, and meaning.
