We’ll resume our talk today by discussing how to regain your equilibrium and focus. These are skills that can replace old habits that we've developed but interfere now with our learning process and cause unnecessary anxiety. These skills can be taught, and people can reclaim some of these things that can really help them be successful and reach their potential.
