Karisa has over fifteen years of management experience in operations, finance, and accounting including a decade of leadership in mental health organizations. She previously served as the lead in accounting for the largest mental health agency in Idaho, where she played a pivotal role in guiding the company through two acquisitions and was vital in the transition to electronic health records. Karisa’s commitment to mental health extends beyond the workplace. She also served on the board of a non-profit mental health agency in Idaho. She is passionate about the growing need for mental health providers across the nation and expanding access to care for all people. Karisa holds a BBA in Accountancy from Boise State University, a Master of Divinity from Brite Divinity School at Texas Christian University, and an MBA from Louisiana State University Shreveport. She currently lives in Idaho with her two daughters.
