Nicole Berger, BCBA

Treating everyday as if it were a never ending learning experience, Nicole excels at breaking down the principles and concepts of Behavior Analysis to all she encounters. Nicole has taught at the undergraduate level in Eastern Connecticut State University’s Psychology department, focusing on Applied Behavior Analysis courses. She has been a trainer of RBTS and supervisor to BCBA and BCaBA candidates for the past 5 years. Her current role as Clinical Director of an Autism treatment center allows her the opportunity to continuously teach and train staff on an ongoing basis. Nicole enjoys guiding candidates through the process of mastering the BACB’s task list and has navigated multiple candidates to certification success.
